Diploma Replacement Procedure
If your graduation certificate is lost or damaged, please do not worry. The University of Adelaide provides an official replacement process for graduates: ① Formal Procedure: Contact the Graduations Office (SAS) directly, submit the completed replacement application form and fees, return any fragments of the original certificate (if applicable), and attach a statement of loss. ② International Certification: If the replacement diploma is required for employment or further study overseas, please ensure that, once the university has issued the new certificate, you simultaneously apply for an Apostille from the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade to ensure its full legal validity in the destination country.③ Digital Backup Option: Graduates must obtain electronic transcripts and digital certificates in advance via the My eQuals platform whilst still enrolled, to facilitate immediate verification.
