Diploma Replacement Procedure
ULB graduates who have lost their original diploma may contact the university’s Registrar’s Office directly to submit a written request for a replacement, accompanied by valid identification. Upon payment of the administrative fee, the university will issue a new certificate marked “Duplicate.” If the replacement diploma is to be used for job applications or further studies abroad, it is recommended to simultaneously apply for an Apostille from the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure the document’s full legal validity in the destination country.
