Curriculum Structure: Diverse Pathways with Parallel Tracks in Business and IT
Murdoch College’s diploma programs offer two popular tracks: Business and Information Technology. The Business Diploma is an 8-unit program covering core areas such as accounting, economics, marketing, management and governance, and business mathematics; students must complete 5 core courses and 3 electives. The Information Technology Diploma is also an 8-unit program, providing students with comprehensive introductory training for a career in the IT field. The diploma program typically lasts two to three semesters (15 weeks per semester), with three intakes each year in February, June, and October, allowing students to choose the start date that best suits their circumstances.
