The campus also features comprehensive facilities including the Macquarie University Hospital, a sports complex, a museum, and a student activity center.

The Buddy Program provides a peer support network for domestic and international students, helping new students transition smoothly into life at Macquarie University. Sports clubs include badminton, squash, table tennis, dance, and many other activities. The Macquarie Law Society is one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing law societies.
